Shear variability

Shear variability

Shear variability means that the shear intensity of our homogenizers can be specifically varied according to needs for an almost unlimited range of applications.

Variable shear intensity
Variable shear intensity thanks to direction-changing pumping mode (anticlockwise)
Variable shear intensity thanks to direction-changing
Variable shear intensity thanks to direction-changing
Homogenising mode (clockwise)
  • Simple switching between homogenising mode with strong shear and pumping mode with low shear
  • Fine tuning of the desired shear with speed and time settings
  • Minimal energy and maintenance requirements
  • Can be used as a CIP pump in pumping mode
